DIRECTIONS

A. From New York City

Take the Triborough, Madison Avenue or First Ave. Bridge (Willis Avenue Bridge) to Bruckner Blvd.

Continue east to the Bruckner Expressway and towards New England and I-95.

Continue north on I-95 to Exit 16 - North Avenue and Cedar Streets, New Rochelle,

Follow directions in E below.

 

B. From South New Jersey

Cross The George Washington Bridge and continue on I-95 towards New England.

Continue for 15 miles until Exit 16 North Avenue and Cedar Streets New Rochelle.

Follow directions in E below.

 

C. From Northern New Jersey and New York.

Cross the Tappan Zee Bridge and continue on the Cross Westchester Expressway 1-287 for 13 miles.

Exit south on 1-95 and continue 5 miles.

Continue just pass the toll plaza (no toll) to Exit 16 North Avenue and Cedar Streets, New Rochelle.

Follow directions in E below.

 

D. From Connecticut

Take 1-95 south, pass the toll plaza until Exit 16 North Avenue and Cedar Streets, New Rochelle.

Follow directions in E below.

 

E. Exit 16 on I-95 , (Cedar Street in New Rochelle)

If southbound: At the end of the ramp, bear left at the traffic circle, going under the I-95 overpass to the stop sign. Proceed under the railroad tracks onto Cedar St.

If northbound: Turn left at the end of the exit and make the first right at Cedar Street.

At Cedar Street:

  1. Continue under the railroad bridge, go two blocks (about 200 yards) and make a left between the Toyota Dealership and the Radisson Inn.
  2. Go one block and make a right at the light - River Street.
  3. Continue on River Street pass Pizza Hut and Taco Bell.

At that traffic light (Main Street), River Street changes to Echo Avenue.

  1. Continue on Echo Avenue for 300 yards, until the road bends to the right. Continue shortly around the bend until you see the entrance to the Municipal Marina, on your left.
  2. Turn into the New Rochelle Municipal Marina. Unload your passengers at Dock 'A', and park upstairs in the upper lot behind the restaurant, "On the Waterfront", and then take stairs to lower level.
  3. Wait at the top of Dock ‘A’ until the launch operator calls for boarding on the half hour.

By Metro North

Take the Metro North New Haven Line from Grand Central Station to New Rochelle. From there, it is a 10 minute walk or a short cab ride to the Municipal Marina. If you decide to walk, exit the train station, look up and walk 2 blocks towards the Ramada Inn, then follow the directions in E2 to E6 above.

Subway & Bus from NYC

You may take Lexington Line subway No. 6 to the very end - Pelham Park and than transfer to Westchester County Bus - Bee Line No. 45 which will take you within 1 minute from Hudson Park and Municipal Marina. Ask the driver for the Hudson Park stop.
